The cost of electricity and gas.

Full time English caretakers who clean and change over the apartments at the end of every week, and who are on site for any problems you may have.

Heating during the cooler months will be an additional charge.

A security charge will be requested and will be refunded seven days after your departure, subject to any damages or additional charges
