Giardino

Sleeps four people, possibly Six if Studio taken as well

Split over two Floors.

Seating & Dining: The Giardino apartment is open plan while remaining both spacious and  comfortable. Two large sofas are positioned around an open fire-place. Located just behind the seating area is a dining table seating up to eight people (See picture 9).

Kitchen: This is located at the end of the room and is fully equipped.

Terrace: Just off the kitchen and dining area double doors lead out onto a sheltered terrace which receives direct sunlight during the afternoon and evening (See picture 10)

Bedrooms: The Giardino apartment has two bedrooms located up a short set of stairs. The master bedroom is a double (See picture 11), with views looking out onto the valley below. The second bedroom is a small twin

Bathroom: Equipped with shower and usual fittings.

Sleeps two people, only available with Giardino.

A small apartment that acts as a third bedroom for the Giardino. Can either be used as a twin or double room.

Bathroom: En suite bathroom with full length bath and shower.

Kitchen: The Studio is not equipped to be used as an independent apartment. However the Studio apartment does have tea and coffee making facilities as well as its own fridge and washing machine.

The Studio apartment is located close to the swimming pool.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is positioned just behind the apartments. The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained.

Around the pool sun shades and loungers can be found to help guests relax in the Italian sunshine.
