Prato Di Sopra can be let either as two separate apartments or as a whole house, sleeping a maximum of 14 people. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and offers a range of modern conveniences. All bed linen, blankets and towels (except swimming pool towels) are provided. Gas and electricity is included in the fixed price. There is central heating, however it is only needed in the cooler months. There is an additional charge for its use. Each apartment has a full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. There are a large number of books and some games, but no Televisions or audio systems.

Sleeps Four People, with the option of Eight if taken with the Scala Apartment

The apartment is split over three floors.

Lounge: The ground floor is open plan with comfortable lounge area positioned around a large open fire (See picture 1). 

Kitchen: The Terrazza Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and cutlery, a table seating up to eight people,
and dishwasher (See Picture 2).

Both the Kitchen and Lounge have doors which lead out onto the terrace which has spectacular views of the valley. This terrace is covered with grape vines to allow shade (See picture 3)

Bedrooms: The Terrazza has two bedrooms, one a double and the other a twin/double. The first bedroom is located on the first floor (See picture 4). The bedroom leads onto an outside terrace which receives direct sun during the morning.

The second bedroom (See picture 5) is located on the 2nd floor, up a winding set of stairs. It has views looking out onto the valley below.

Bathroom: The bathroom contains a full length bath and shower unit, toilet and bidet.

Sleeps up to four people. Only available with Terrazza

The Scala apartment is located on one floor.

Seating & Kitchen: The Scala apartment is reached by outside steps leading to the door. On entering the apartment opens out into a kitchen / living area (See picture 6)

Bedrooms: This apartment provides two bedrooms.  The first bedroom just off the living area is a twin (picture 7). The second Scala bedroom  is a Double Bedroom (Picture 8)

Bathroom: The Scala apartment has a full length bath and shower, which is located between both bedrooms
