Situated overlooking the medieval village of Santa Guiliana, the farmhouse is within easy reach of the local town of Umbertide, which offers a full range of facilities. There are good road links to local towns such as Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio. Lake Trasimene and road / rail links to Florence and Rome are also situated nearby.

Prato Di Sopra is maintained throughout the season by resident caretakers, who are on hand to help with any queries you may have. If your party is there for more than a week the apartments will be fully serviced. The caretakers will generally assist you in an enjoyable stay.

Not only can you enjoy breathtaking views every time you open your bedroom window, but the surrounding area offers a number of attractive and easy walks once you step outside the house.

A leisurely stroll up the hillside brings you to the working but "closed" order of monks at the Monastery of Monte Corona

Similarly a five minute walk down from the house brings you spectacular views out across Perugia and onto Assisi.
