itting high above a valley in the Umbrian hills Prato Di Sopra enjoys magnificent and unsurpassed views.

Only fifteen minutes from the lively market town of Umbertide it is close enough for local shopping and sightseeing expeditions whilst remote enough for those looking for seclusion and the desire to be away from it all.

The large sprawling stone farmhouse was built about two hundred years ago and was    recently completely redecorated and equipped by its new owners. Prato Di Sopra is a  flexible property that can be rented out as independent apartments or all together  for small groups or two to three families.

The house, like many Umbrian houses has been built  on a hillside and has consequently been split over a number of levels. Each apartment has its own private terrace regularly bathed in sunlight.

It is surrounded by terraced gardens which slope from the front of the house. On the doorstep is the magnificent  countryside, which offers stunning and beautiful treks for the enthusiastic walker.

The private swimming pool is set to one side of the house. From here the swimmer can enjoy the breathtaking views. Umbrellas are on hand to provide shade as well as sun loungers for relaxing in comfort.

Prato Di Sopra is also closely located to Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Cortona and Lake Trasimene.
